Payment Methods: Clients can make payments for services rendered by Retofy Media Tech through the website (retofymedia.online) using secure online payment gateways, bank transfers, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.
Payment Schedule: Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. For projects exceeding a certain duration, Retofy Media Tech may require partial payments at predetermined milestones.
Late Payments: In the event of late payments, Retofy Media Tech reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are settled. Late payment charges may also be applicable as per the service agreement.
Refund Policy:
Service Guarantee: Retofy Media Tech is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations. If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, Retofy Media Tech will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Services paid for but not yet rendered by Retofy Media Tech.
- Services not delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon scope or timeline due to reasons attributable to Retofy Media Tech.
- Services canceled by the client within the specified cancellation period and subject to any applicable cancellation fees outlined in the service agreement.
Refund Process: Clients requesting a refund must submit a written request to support@retofymedia.online, specifying the reason for the refund and providing relevant documentation, if applicable. Retofy Media Tech will review the request and determine eligibility for a refund within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund Amount: Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment. Any applicable fees, charges, or expenses incurred by Retofy Media Tech in delivering the services may be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as third-party expenses, domain registrations, hosting fees, and other out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the client, may be non-refundable.
